So I got some hard numbers last night...

on what some of the dudes can lift.
(Sorry for meatspace names)

Franco & his brother Luis both benched 405 yesterday.
Luis weighs 180-ish.
Manny, The Chest, surprisingly did NOT.

Ray does 235 laying French Presses // Skull Crushers.
Jeee....bus.

    Franco did about 450 or 500 last night @ work.
    I did 30.

    Got suit sizes last night from one of the guys. Franco 50", Super Chest 56", Kristian 48". Big dudes. Still want to know what Big Chris wears.
